L\u2019interesse della Wellness Holidays per la riconversione d\u2019uso di edifici religiosi in strutture per l\u2019accoglienza universitaria vede nel primo University Residence, quello di Udine 1.0, un esempio perfetto. Trattasi di una moderna struttura, sia per studenti che per docenti, con ampie camere singole arredate di tutti i comfort, due cucine comuni dotate di ogni funzionalit\u00e0, ampi spazi comuni per lo studio e una grande area verde esterna privata con parcheggio privato. L\u2019immobile, di propriet\u00e0 dell\u2019Istituto delle Suore Maestre di Santa Dorotea, da anni era diventato ormai economicamente insostenibile. Nel novembre del 2016
\u00e8 stato preso in gestione dalla Wellness Holidays che, con una prima attivit\u00e0 di rilancio, rimodernamento e marketing puntuale, ha riportato al suo interno una fervente attivit\u00e0 con un\u2019occupazione del 90% dopo i primi sei mesi dall\u2019apertura.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
